While the 3 in 1 coil feed line is known for its space efficiency, excellent synchronicity, and unparalleled precision in levelling and feeding, it also boasts a particularly underappreciated feature – its operational simplicity. Compared to traditional segmented stamping machinery, the 3 in 1 coil feed line shines with its automation of material loading, feeding, and entry actions, which eliminates the necessity for manual intervention. But what mechanisms underpin these automatic functions?
A Confluence of Components – Automating the 3 in 1 Coil Feed Line
The core functions of the 3 in 1 coil feed line—loading, feeding, and material input—are rendered automatic through an amalgamation of several components. These include a loading platform, a hydraulic expanding reel, a material pressing arm, a blocking arm, a material support arm, and a feeding guide device.
Automating Loading and Tensioning in the 3 in 1 Coil Feed Line
The 3 in 1 coil feed line utilises an automated system for loading and tensioning. In this system, the tensioning cylinder activates in the uncoiler section, triggering axial movement in the driving rod, which propels the tensioning plate. This action instigates a forward shift in the sliding sleeve through the tensioning rod. The result? The connecting block and the arc-shaped material support tile converge towards the centre, decreasing the diameter of the uncoiler.
Then, the coil material is transferred onto the uncoiler via the loading platform. The tensioning cylinder is reversed, prompting the connecting block and the arc-shaped material support tile to diverge. As the uncoiler expands, it squeezes the coil material’s inner diameter, ensuring both accurate placement and reliable fixation.
Securing the Coil Material – Uncoiler’s Loading and Tensioning Process
Following the loading of the coil material, a quality cylinder takes over. This cylinder drives the extension arm to reverse-rotate, resetting the second and third connecting plates and the second connecting rod. The coil material is stopped by two blocking arms before the fourth cylinder activates. This cylinder rotates the pressure shaft, pushing the pressing arm to clamp down on the coil material’s outer surface, thereby concluding the uncoiler’s loading and tensioning process.
Automation of Feeding and Input in the 3 in 1 Coil Feed Line
The 3 in 1 coil feed line’s automation continues to shine when uncoiling. Once the rotating cylinder is activated, it drives the power shaft via a chain, triggering rotation in the uncoiler and delivery of the coil material. The material is held by the supporting device, folded, and flattened by the feeding guide mechanism. It then enters the levelling mechanism, completing the feeding and input automation.
Ensuring Precision – Material Leveling Mechanism
The coil material is guided into the gap between the lower and upper feeding rollers by the feeding guide plates in the 3 in 1 coil feed line. With the lower feeding roller powered by a quality pulley and both rollers possessing spiral grooves, the coil material is efficiently moved into the gap between the lower and upper levelling rollers.
The lower levelling roller’s rotation and the upper levelling roller’s vertical adjustment in the 3 in 1 coil feed line combine to rectify the coil material’s curvature and stress, enhancing levelling quality and aiding subsequent processes. With varying spacing between adjacent lower and upper levelling rollers, the coil material undergoes rough shaping in the front section and fine shaping in the rear section, improving the levelling quality and demonstrating the simplicity and efficiency of the 3 in 1 coil feed line.
