These include a loading platform, a hydraulic expanding reel, a material pressing arm, a blocking arm, a material support arm, and a feeding guide device.

Automating Loading and Tensioning in the 3 in 1 Coil Feed Line

The 3 in 1 coil feed line utilises an automated system for loading and tensioning. In this system, the tensioning cylinder activates in the uncoiler section, triggering axial movement in the driving rod, which propels the tensioning plate. This action instigates a forward shift in the sliding sleeve through the tensioning rod. The result? The connecting block and the arc-shaped material support tile converge towards the centre, decreasing the diameter of the uncoiler.

Then, the coil material is transferred onto the uncoiler via the loading platform. The tensioning cylinder is reversed, prompting the connecting block and the arc-shaped material support tile to diverge. This cylinder drives the extension arm to reverse-rotate, resetting the second and third connecting plates and the second connecting rod. The coil material is stopped by two blocking arms before the fourth cylinder activates.
