A, single entrance looper slitting

This type of slitting is provided with a looper in front of the shearer. The method of feeding the strip into the inlet loop is in the form of a central drive uncoiling, a tensioning uncoiling, a floating roller control uncoiling method, and the like. This method can realize micro tension or zero tension shearing to avoid slipping of the cutting edge; at the same time, the uncoiler can not center the device and realize the strip centering in the looper.

B, single outlet looper slitting

This type of slitting is provided with a looper after the shearing, and the sheared strip is pushed by the shearing machine into a tensionless looper between the shearing machine and the tensioning device. For thin strips, an inlet edge guide system may be required to ensure stable coil uncoiling during shearing. The method can effectively avoid the problem that the strips are unsynchronized due to the difference in thickness, and realize the coiling of the coil by controlling the take-up tension; since the outlet loop is provided, the strip can freely flow out the cutting edge, avoiding the tension In the state, the wear of the strip on the cutting edge affects the life of the cutting edge; at the same time, since the outlet has no tension, the phenomenon of necking of the strip is avoided. At present, single export loops are used more.

C, double looper slitting

The double looper longitudinal shear combines both the inlet looper slitter and the outlet looper slitter. After the strip enters the shearing machine after leaving the coiler, a free looper is fed by the uncoiler or a pinch roller device or a tensioning device, and the strip after being cut leaves the shearer and is sent to another Loop and then enter the tensioning device. Thus, this slitting method is referred to as a “double looper” slitting. With this type of slitting, the slitter is only used to split the strip, thus eliminating the possibility of the strip slipping at the edge of the scissors. This method neutralizes the characteristics of the single inlet looper and the single outlet looper, and is suitable for the shearing of thin flexible strips.
