An Overview of 3-in-1 Coil Feed Line Operations

Although there’s a considerable diversity in 3-in-1 coil feed line designs, their functionality and applications are strikingly parallel. During its function, the coil substance is initially situated on the loading platform cart. This cart then hoists the material coil and conveys it to the expansion and contraction coil drum. For those feed lines devoid of a loading platform cart, the coil material is directly positioned on the expansion and contraction coil drum with the help of a crane or forklift. Following this, the 3-in-1 coil feed line’s hydraulic cylinder contracts, instigating the connecting rod that actuates the primary shaft sleeve in the expansion and contraction assembly. The main shaft sleeve’s sliding block then maneuvers at a defined angle, causing the external tile plate to expand and thereby securing the inner ring of the coil material.

The Advancement of the 3-in-1 Coil Feed Line Process

Following the first stage, the loading platform cart retracts, and the 3-in-1 coil feed line’s support arm ascends to hold the coil material. Concurrently, during the uncoiling phase, a pressure device exerts force on the coil material’s outer ring to prevent it from unraveling. The uncoiling motor prompts the expansion and contraction coil drum to spin, allowing the material head to traverse between the upper and lower blocking wheels. Driven by the uncoiling motor, the material head then enters the press head mechanism. Here, the pressure from the hydraulic cylinder of the press head mechanism guides the material head to smoothly transition between the upper leveling feeding rollers. The servo motor then propels the coil material between the upper and lower leveling roller groups for the leveling procedure. The upper leveling roller group consists of five upper pressing rollers, while the lower group comprises four lower pressing rollers. This configuration ensures optimal efficiency and superior leveling results while preventing any scratches on the material surface.

Precision Leveling and Punch Press Process in 3-in-1 Coil Feed Lines

Once the material has been meticulously leveled by the leveling rollers, the plate is incrementally fed into the punch press by the feeding section of the 3-in-1 coil feed line. As the punch press commences its operation, the tension hydraulic cylinder propels the leveling sliding block upward. This action allows the upper leveling roller group to distance itself from the lower leveling roller group, facilitating a relaxation effect. This relaxation process is critical as it ensures that during the plate’s punching process, the mold’s top pin aligns perfectly with the plate’s hole position. This eliminates any cumulative tolerance, thus enhancing the precision of the operation and ensuring the consistent quality of the punched products.

Simplifying Operations with 3-in-1 Coil Feed Lines

The 3-in-1 coil feed line, when paired with the precision punch press, forms an efficient short-process punch press production line that is easy to operate. Tasks such as feeding, entering, leveling, and additional feeding can all be executed through a straightforward operation of a handle and a vertically situated 7-inch high-precision touch screen. This setup provides safety, simplicity, and reliability. It represents one of the most sophisticated automated production line configurations currently available in the market.
