The Reason Why Selecting a Zig Zag Feeder for Punching the Wafer
In the automatic punching press production line, we often use the Zig Zag feeder when punching the punching wafer. What is the reason for this, is it that other servo feeders cannot use feeding when punching the wafer? Not really, because the Zig Zag feeder have their unique characteristics, they can move the horizontal yaw from side to side during production. It replaces the traditional gradual stamping mode along the direction of material extension, reduces the generation of punching scraps, reduces the production process, saves time and effort, reduces production costs, and greatly improves production efficiency.
The characteristics of the Zig Zag feeder as below :
Due to the speciality of the yaw horizontal line, the material can be directly yawed to the left and right, thereby reducing the cutting process of cutting the steel strip with a strip of steel strip pre-cut into a slender strip, thereby improving production efficiency reducing corner scraps and reduce waste of raw materials.
The Zig Zag feed is equipped with a reciprocating movement control device, so that the hopper can cooperate with the upper die of the stamping die to realize automatic reciprocating feeding, thereby reducing the manual unloading operation, reducing the labor intensity and improving the production. Efficiency, and can reduce the safety hazards and operational errors caused by manual unloading operations.
The material rack and the leveling machine, the leveling machine and the yaw feeder are arranged with a supporting plate, and the supporting plate is provided with a plurality of balls and a detecting probe, and the detecting probe can effectively control the speed of detecting the material entering speed.
