Fault 1: The plate flattened by the three-in-one feeder is skewed left and right
Reason: The press punch machine and the coil leveling machine are not on the same line, and the leveling roller bearing is worn
Remedy: Readjust the position of the machine and update the leveling roller bearings.
Fault 2: The flattened sheet is warped upwards
Reason: Too much pressure under leveling
Remedy: Increase the number of the digital display on the leveling machine, that is, the upper leveling seat rises up and reduces the amount of depression.
Fault 3: There are transverse indentations on the surface of the flattened sheet
Reason: Too much pressure under leveling
Remedy: Increase the number of the digital display on the leveling machine, that is, the upper leveling seat rises up and reduces the amount of depression.
Fault 4: The plate flattened by the press feed line deviates downward
Reason: The amount of pressure under leveling is too small
Remedy: Decrease the number of the digital display on the leveling machine, that is, the upper leveling seat is lowered, and the pressing amount is increased.
Fault 5: There are vertical indentations on the surface of the flattened sheet
Reason: The board is dirty when feeding, and there are dirty foreign objects on the leveling roller
Remedy: Use a long cloth dampened with oil to clean the leveling rollers.
Fault 6: There are regular indentations in the middle of the flattened plate
Reason: The hard chrome layer on the surface of the upper and lower leveling rollers is peeling off
Remedy: replace the leveling roller.
