The oil pressure expansion system is adopted, and the material roll reel adopts a wedge-shaped slider structure, which automatically locks and loosens the reeling material, and the discharge width is adjusted by the screw of the two-speed material roll, and the outer material-receiving material is lifted by the cylinder when discharging. It is convenient for loading and unloading materials, high reliability, low labor intensity, good safety, and equipped with pressure arm, so that the material will not be loose. The discharge material adopts the photoelectric induction system, and the material is automatically discharged, and the pneumatic lifting material is used at the same time, control the curvature of the material to make the feed smooth.
The leveling is adjusted by four worm gears, and the worm gear is driven by the hand wheel to drive the upper slider to lift and lower, and the adjustment amount is accurately displayed. The flattening and relaxation adopts the eccentric structure, which is realized by double cylinders. When the air is leveled, the cylinder is ventilated. The upper slider is driven by the cylinder piston. When the cylinder is relaxed, the cylinder is loosened by the lifting slider. The relaxation speed is fast because the exhaust valve is installed in the exhaust line when it is relaxed.
