1. The decoiler is a vertical (expanding and shrinking reel) uncoiling equipment, and its applicable material thickness range is 0-3.0mm. After adding optional devices such as pressing arms, the applicable material thickness can reach 6.0mm, and the material width can range from 10-2000mm according to different models of the machine, and the applicable material width and material thickness range is wide.
The flat decoiler is a horizontal uncoiling equipment, the applicable material range is 0-1.0mm, and the standard applicable material range is 0-120mm. For thin materials, the applicable material width can only reach 300mm.

The decoiler adopts the tensioning and unloading method of the expansion-shrinking reel, and the coil needs to be inserted into the expansion-shrinking reel to fix the tension before it can be used. Therefore, there is a requirement for the inner diameter, and the standard of the decoiler is 450-530mm (the inner diameter of the national standard coil is 508mm as the standard).
The flat decoiler adopts the disc feeding method, and the coil can be directly placed on the rotating disc, and there is no limit to the inner diameter of the coil.
3. The standard of the decoiler adopts the 24V induction frame induction method, and the automatic operation needs the material to touch the induction rod (induction frame) to stop. It starts to run automatically after leaving the sensing rod, which may scratch the surface of the material (the photoelectric induction method can be replaced).
The standard induction method of the flat decoiler is the micro-motion induction method. After the material pulls the swing rod, the disc load plate starts to run. The pulling of the material stops, and the disc load plate stops running after the pendulum is reset, and does not directly contact the surface of the material, and will not scratch the material at all.
