The principle of the three-in-one feeder is to axially move the end cover of the push rod driving end of the hydraulic device and the four wedge-shaped sliders, and then pull the curved tile through the connecting rod, because the inner side of the curved tile is connected The block is limited by the limit slider and the limit baffle, and cannot move in the axial direction, and can only move radially along the radial strip hole on the limit baffle, thereby realizing the radial movement of the arc shingle, that is, The contraction and tensioning are realized; in the tension state, the starting power device drives the spindle to rotate through the sprocket mechanism, and the unwinding is realized under the cooperation of the crimping device.

The two-in-one feeder drives the spindle through the belt of the reducer, and the spindle drives the material frame to rotate, thereby realizing the function of discharging and unwinding.

3: From the precision

The three-in-one feeder is better than the two-in-one feeder, because the three-in-one feeder directly enters the mold after leveling, and the two-in-one feeder is first corrected and then fed. After the material arc, there will still be some flatness. The change, although it does not affect the quality, but the operation is not so convenient; but if you send a very thin material, the two-in-one feeder is better than the three-in-one feeder.

4: In terms of material width

The two-in-one feeder is more suitable for 200-600 materials, but the three-in-one feeder does not require the width of the material, generally 300-1800mm or even wider.

5: In terms of operational performance

The two-in-one feeder usually takes ten minutes and requires more than two people to complete the loading process. The three-in-one feeder can be used for feeding, unwinding, leveling and feeding. Complete a set of loading process, high degree of automation, easy to operate.
