The characteristics of the feeding mechanism of the three-in-one uncoiler straightener feeder that are common on the market at present are: when the coil material is thick, the material feeding is inconvenient due to the high elasticity of the material, and most feeding mechanisms are too ideal. When feeding, when the material head enters between the two pinch rollers, the nip roller presses down, and the material head is rolled from upward to downward, so as to facilitate material feeding. However, in actual use, the length of the head that enters between the pinch rollers cannot be accurately controlled. And when the material head enters the pressing position, it cannot be accurately positioned, and the material will slip between the rollers. This is what happens to most three-in-one uncoiler straightener feeders on the market today.
In addition, when the three-in-one uncoiler straightener feeder is installed, the theory requires that the centerline of the three-in-one uncoiler straightener feeder must be consistent with the centerline of the punch press machine it is equipped with. In this way, the accuracy of feeding and the stability of the machine can be guaranteed during use. However, in the actual installation and debugging, it is quite difficult to correspond the centerline of the three-in-one uncoiler straightener feeder to the centerline of the mold. The existing retaining wheel structure adopts a screw rod to simultaneously adjust the positions of two rows of retaining wheels. If the three-in-one uncoiler straightener feeder cannot correspond to the center line of the mold during installation, the stopper wheel will not have the proper effect on material positioning during use.
Furthermore, due to the upward bending or downward bending of the material head, the customer will have a large gap between the rollers during the process of placing it on the leveling machine head. On the other hand, due to the material’s own characteristics, the material will be inserted between the leveling rollers upwards or inserted between the leveling rollers downwards.
In order to completely solve the inconvenience when customers use the three-in-one uncoiler straightener feeder, Henli’s thick plate three-in-one uncoiler straightener feeder has made targeted optimization and improvement:
1. Install a leveling feeding device before the feeding port of the leveling feeding part of the three-in-oneuncoiler straightener feeder. The leveling and feeding device is composed of an upper leveling plate, a lower leveling plate, an upper leveling oil cylinder, a lower leveling oil cylinder and a feeding oil cylinder. When the coil is fed, the lower leveling plate rotates upwards driven by the lower leveling oil cylinder, while the upper leveling plate rotates downwards driven by the upper leveling oil cylinder. Thereby, the incoming material between the two is clamped and leveled, so that the coil material is initially leveled. Then use the feeding cylinder to drive the pinch sheet on the lower side that is in contact with the incoming material, and transmit the coil material to the rear through the friction between the pinch sheet and the coil material. Then the upper and lower screeds are separated, the pinch sheet returns to its original position, and then enters the next feeding, and so on. At the same time, in order to enhance the friction between the pinch sheet and the coil material, the pinch surface of the pinch sheet is also heat-treated and cut to form concave-convex lines.
2. Two rows of retaining wheels are added behind the added leveling feeding part, and each row of retaining wheels is adjusted by an independent adjusting screw. Compared with the structure of the common single adjusting screw, two adjusting screw can make the center line between the two rows of retaining wheels consistent with the press punching machine.
3. A support plate is installed between the leveling feeding device and the material leveling mechanism, and between the material leveling mechanism and the servo feeding mechanism. The purpose is to hold the incoming material and prevent the incoming material from falling between the two rollers. Moreover, the upper surface of the supporting plate is electroplated to improve its smoothness and avoid scratching incoming materials.
Through the optimization and improvement of the above structure, it can greatly facilitate the use of customers, and can ensure the long-term stable operation of the thick plate three-in-one uncoiler straightener feeder.
