The flatness and precision of shearing is a very important quality standard, because the finished product is often subjected to many subsequent processes, and the accuracy and flatness cannot guarantee the scrapping of the finished product.
3. Problems in the roll forming without leveling:
In the roll forming process, the shape of the metal coil is changed by a series of processing steps using a roller. If there is a problem with the material material’s defects or flatness, the precise roll forming of the coil is difficult to achieve. Due to the high speed of the rolling process, the flatness defects of the coil will have a serious negative impact on the processing safety, stability and production efficiency of the roll forming line.
