Before our long holiday of National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival, my Peruvian customer catched the golden time to ship the machines he ordered, KN95 earloop full automatic with headband welding machine and 4ply mask machine, plus an air compressor. My Peruvian customer wants to customize his unique flat mask and KN95 earloop & headband mask. We helped him achieve all and he was really satisfied. You can see his comments below:

What he required us to customize? Let me share one by one now:

For 4ply mask machine:

  1. Customized company letter logo with bold and enlarge font.
  2. To produce 4ply flat mask if he wants to. Our flat mask machinecan produce 3ply or 4ply according to customer’s wishes.

For KN95 earloop full automatic with headband welding machine:

  1. Customized company letter logo with bold and enlarge font.
  2. Add an extra layer of printed tooth print on the edge of the mask face. The KN95 masks on the market are mostly only two layersof printed tooth print on the edge of the mask face. We need to customize the whole set of roller mold for customer.
  3. Contour the nose. Unlike Asian people, people from other states usually have high nose. The KN95 mask with contouring nosewill be more suitable for their nose and can protect more comprehensively.
  4. Can produce KN95 earloop type or headband type whenever you want. We provided a full automatic earloop KN95 mask machineand a headband welding machine, which is the most economic choice and can achieve better effect.
