Main structure and picture description
1.1 No. 1-5 is the feeding adjustment rod. The main function is to distinguish the fixed coil cloth layer and adjust the left and right sides of the cloth. Loading coils sequence is in accordance with the number from 1 to 5 . Fabric layer installation sequence (For four layers are : 1.60g non-woven fabric , 2.25g melt blown cotton , 3.25g melt blown cotton , 4.25g non-woven fabric. For five layers are: 1.60g non-woven fabric , 2.25g melt blown cotton , 3.25G melt blown cotton , 4.50g hot-air cotton , 5.25g non-woven fabric)
1.2 No. 6 is the fastening nozzle. Its main function is to fix the cloth and adjust the deviation between the left and right cloth. The fastening method is to put the cloth intermediate roller on the adjusting rod. One side of the fastening nozzle is fully aligned with the cloth roller, and then install the other side . The two sides are forced to resist to the middle, and then fastening the hexagon screw on the fastening nozzle .
2.Nasal bridge cutting device：
2.1 No. 1 is the feeding connecting rod, the main function is to connect the tip feeding tongue and control the feeding distance .
2.2 No. 2 is the tip feeding tongue plate for nasal bridge strip. Its main function is to deliver the nasal bridge strip to the middle of cloth layer after cutting
2.3 No. 3 is the bridge of the nose cutter, the main function is to cut the bridge according to the prescribed length
2.4 Common faults and troubleshooting：
2.4.1 Nasal bridge not in the frame and ahead of frame:
Check the feeding connecting rod 1. If the feed forward is too long, remove the connecting rod and turn the adjusting screw on the connecting rod clockwise for 1 to 2 turns to shorten the feeding distance.
2.4.2 The nasal bar is in the frame and backwards the frame:
check 1 feeding connecting rod, forward feeding is too short .
Method : Take off the connecting rod and turn the adjusting screw on the connecting rod clockwise for 1 to 2 turns to lengthen the feeding distance
2.4.3 No nasal bar , as the picture shown :
Checking 2 whether the feeding tongue is flat and has obvious friction and jamming with other places. The elimination method is to make the tongue flat or replace the tongue.
Checking 3 whether the cutter springs up and down smoothly. If not, is it caused the following two reasons : 1. Is the elasticity of the cutter spring weakened due to long-term use . 2.Whether there is segment difference between cutter and spring fixing part .
Adjusting knob of tooth mark depth
Check whether the nose bar feeding system is jammed and short of material.
3.1 No.1 is ultrasonic tooth mold, the main function is to weld the plane shape of mask on cloth surface by ultrasonic wave.
3.2 No.2 is the rotary knob for adjusting the depth of the ultrasonic tooth mark. The main function is to adjust the depth of the cloth tooth mark through this knob. If it is too deep, loosen the knob anticlockwise, if it is too shallow, turn it clockwise . （ The standard of tooth mark depth translucent is better）
3.3 No. 3 ultrasonic mask plane molding, two tooth marks on both sides of the plane is very important, if only one side has, and the other side not , it is easy to produce defects as shown in the following picture:（Because the cloth not pull tight , burrs appears after cutting）
4. Cloth center distribution adjusting screw
4.1 No.1 is cloth center distribution adjusting screw , the main function is to adjust material distribution from center .
4.2 Common defects, as shown in the pictures above, one side of the mask the fabric is more than the other side . Troubleshooting: as shown in the figure, which side of cloth is narrow, adjust the screw to that side to push the appropriate distance .
5.Fabric lifting regulator
1 is the fabric lifting regulator, whose main function is to adjust the up and down of the fabric.
Common undesirable phenomena, as shown in the figure above, the printed masks are uneven up and down, with large burrs on the bottom or large burrs on the top.
Elimination method: compare with defective products. If the top burr of the fabric is large, then increase the 5.1 regulator correspondingly, and if the bottom burr is large, then lower the regulator correspondingly.
6.The front and rear adjustment knobs of the fabric:
The figure above shows the front and rear adjustment knobs of the fabric. The main function is to control the front and rear positions of the fabric by adjusting the tightness of the fabric.
Common undesirable phenomena, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 above, the overall position of the piece is deviated, the forward deflection is too large, and the backward deflection edge is cut off.
Elimination method: the forward deflection is too large, turn the 6.1 fabric front and rear adjustment knob to loosen it counterclockwise; the backward deflection edge is cut off, turn the 6.1 fabric front and rear adjustment knob clockwise to tighten it (turn counterclockwise) 2 turns, about 1mm backward and 2 turns clockwise, about 1mm forward).
- Ultrasonic edge banding mould
Picture 1 is the ultrasonic edge banding cylinder, the main function is to control the edge banding tooth die forward and back.
Picture 2 is an ultrasonic edge banding die, the main function is to transmit ultrasonic energy.
Common undesirable phenomena are as shown in the figure below. The backward deviation of the sealing edge causes the sealing edge to be cut too much, and the forward deviation of the sealing edge causes the sealing edge to be too large and the sealing edge is not tight, which can be opened by hand.
7.4. Elimination method:
The backward offset of the sealing edge causes the sealing edge to be cut too much. You can reduce the tracking offset value of the sealing edge on the control page of Picture 3.
The forward deviation of the sealing edge causes the sealing edge to be too large, and the tracking offset value of the sealing edge is correspondingly increased.
If the edge banding is not tight, you can extend the ultrasonic edge banding work or the edge banding curing delay on the control page of picture 3. If the lengthening has no obvious effect, it cannot be adjusted and must be handled by a professional engineer.
The main function of the cutting knife mould is to cut the fabric into shape according to the requirements.
Common defects are caused by the material not being cut and the material is not pulled tightly, and the material is cut off. Remedy: Tighten the die and die. EVA glue This part requires certain professional. skills, and it is not recommended for startup personnel to debug.
Common faults, belt running and belt over-tightening and clamping materials, troubleshooting method: adjust the tension and verticality of the belt by adjusting the screw up and down. The belt running up is usually the upper surface of the belt positioning column is tilted inward. You can adjust the upper side. Adjust the screw a little bit longer, and the downward movement is generally the bottom of the belt positioning column is tilted inward. You can adjust the lower adjustment screw a bit longer. Similarly, if the belt is too loose, adjust all the up and down adjustment screws. If the belt is too tight, adjust all the up and down adjustment screws short.
No. 1 is a belt, the main function is to transfer the mask, 2 is the up and down adjustment screw, the main function is to adjust the tightness of the belt and the verticality, precautions the belt running position can easily pinch the bridge of the nose.
10.Waste tension recovery system:
The above picture shows the waste recycling system, which mainly functions to separate the finished mask product and the leftover waste. Pay attention to the drawing method as shown above.
- Nose bridge feeding system:
No. 1 is the nose bridge material tray, the main function is to fix the nose bridge and facilitate feeding and pulling. Number 2 is a straightening locator, the main function is to straighten the direction of each locating nose bridge. No. 3 is a feeding wheel, whose main function is to provide power for pulling the bridge of the nose. Number 4 is the feeding brake, the main function is to adjust the length of the fixed nose bridge. No. 5 is the feeding trough, the main function is to guide the nose bridge to prevent the nose bridge from shifting when feeding. No. 6 is the cutter pressure wheel, which provides downward pressure to the nose bridge strip cutter so that it can cut the nose bridge strip and adjust the position and time of the nose bridge strip cutting.
Common faults: the feeding of the nose bridge is too long or too short, and the nose bridge is jammed and not delivered properly. The troubleshooting method: the feeding of the nose bridge is too long. Generally, the feeding brake is offset. There are many reasons for the jam of the nose bridge: 1. Material The center of gravity is unstable. 2. Straighten the locator and the guide locating groove are not in a straight line and deviate. 3. The position of the cutter pressure wheel is offset. 4. The cutter did not immediately cut off the bridge of the nose.
- Troubleshooting for ear loop section
- The clamping claw is opened in advance, which causes the ear loop unable to be welded: adjust the magnetic switch at the lower position of the integral cylinder.
- The welding degree of ear band is too heavy or too light: adjust the welding time parameters of ultrasonic welding
- The ear loop too long or too short: adjust the rubber ring above the ear band lifting roller and adjust the tension of the ear band.
