The 3 IN 1 feeder consists of three major functional components: the material decoiler, the leveling feeding part and the electrical control part
1. Structure of Decoiler Part
The material decoiler is including a material rack frame, a rack-retracting reel which is rotatably mounted on the material rack frame (the rack retracting reel is regulated by a frequency converter), a feeding device, a pressing device, and a material blocking device. The coil car is composed of a loading device, wherein the feeding device is located at the lower left of the expansion and contraction reel of the material rack, the pressing device is located at the upper left of the expansion and contraction reel of the material rack, and the material blocking device is located at the upper right of the expansion and contraction reel of the material rack. The coil car is located below the rack shrinkage reel.
2. Structure of Leveling Part
The leveling feeding part comprises a leveling feeding frame, and a hydraulic pressure feeding arc guiding device, a feeding guiding device, a leveling device, a feeding device and a discharging guiding device installed on the leveling feeding frame, wherein the oil pressure is composed. The feeding arc guiding device is installed at the left end of the leveling feeding frame and is opposite to the discharging position of the material expansion and contraction reel, and the feeding guiding device is located at the left end feeding port of the oil pressure feeding arc guiding device and the leveling device. Between the feeding device is located at the right end of the leveling device, the discharge guiding device is located at the right end of the feeding device, and the discharging guiding device is provided with two rows of vertical guiding tubes.
3. Structure of Feeder Part
3.1 The 3 IN 1 feeder hydraulic pressure feeding arc guiding device is installed at the left end of the leveling feeding frame and is opposite to the discharging position of the material rack shrinking and reeling cylinder, and the hydraulic pressure feeding arc guiding device comprises a hydraulic cylinder and a hinged whole The arc guiding seat of the flat feeding frame, the arc guiding seat is a seat body with an arc guiding curve, and the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with the arc guiding seat and drives the arc guiding seat to rotate.
3.2 The 3 IN 1 feeding material guiding device is provided with two rows of vertical guiding cylinders, and the limit of the material is adjusted by the hand wheel.
3.3 The 3 IN 1 feeder leveling device comprises an upper leveling mechanism, a lower leveling mechanism, a double cylinder pressing mechanism, and a worm gear adjusting device, and uses a parallel drum leveling method. When leveling, the double cylinder down pressing mechanism doubles. The cylinder is ventilated, and the cylinder piston drives the upper slider to press down, so that the upper leveling mechanism is pressed down to realize the precision leveling of the sheet.
3.4 The 3 IN 1 feeder feeding device is constituted by a servo motor, a planetary servo reducer, a toothed timing belt and a high-precision feeding roller. The servo motor drives a high-precision planetary servo reducer, and then drives the active feed roller through the toothed synchronous belt drive. The passive feeding roller realizes precise feeding, and the double cylinder lifts the upper slider to realize quick relaxation of the sheetThe electric control of the 3 IN 1 feeder adopts Double Leveling type. The main electrical box is placed behind the flattening feeding part, and a seven-inch touch screen operation panel is arranged on the front side. The flattening feeding body and the material frame body are connected, and the circuit and the pipeline are equally divided. It is a two-piece type for easy docking.
