At present, in order to realize automatic production in stamping and shearing processing, it is necessary to use coil materials, and the uncoiler has been widely used because it is a special machine for carrying coil materials.
The uncoiler has become the mainstream uncoiler due to its advantages of large load capacity, wide range of applicable material thickness and width, and special customization.
The standard uncoiler is controlled by induction rack. When the uncoiler is conveying the metal coil, due to the gravity factor of the metal material itself, the metal material will form an arc during the transmission process, and the uncoiler will be controlled to stop after it touches the induction rack. After leaving, the uncoiler runs automatically, so as to realize the fully automatic control of the uncoil process.
But this kind of standard uncoiler has defects. One is that the material must be made of metal, and the other is that the uncoiling speed of the uncoiler affects the sag height of the material, which in turn causes the material to loosen or tighten.
Among them, when the speed of the uncoiler is fast, the sag height of the material increases, resulting in the occurrence of material loosening. When the speed of the uncoiler is slow, the sag height of the material is reduced, which in turn causes the material to be straightened, and in severe cases, the uncoiler may even be damaged.
In order to fundamentally solve the defects of uncoilers, Henli developed a light-controlled uncoiler. It changes the induction rack into a multi-group photoelectric switch control, which senses the sag height of the material through the photoelectric switch, and controls the speed of the uncoiler according to the change of the sag height. The advantage of this is that the precise control of the uncoiler is truly realized, which fundamentally solves the loosening or tension of the material of the uncoiler and improves the stamping production efficiency.
