The decoiler has the characteristics of wide applicability, large load capacity, low failure rate, simple operation and easy maintenance, which is the most widely used loading equipment in stamping automatic production line. It can not only form a complete stamping production line with the leveling machine and feeder, but also form a simple stamping production line directly with the feeder, and can also be used as a receiving material.

Depending on the actual production needs of customers, decoilers can be divided into two types: power-driven type and power-free type. The power-driven decoiler is equipped with a reducer and a motor and can be controlled by an electric control box to run in both forward and reverse directions. The start and stop of the decoiler is controlled by the timer relay and the intermediate relay in conjunction with the sensing device (the standard inductive frame is 24V). It is widely applicable, basically suitable for all sizes of uncoiling operation. While the power-free decoiler itself is not powered, it needs to be towed by subsequent machines ( levelling machine or feeding machine). Therefore, material cannot be too heavy or too thin (too heavy will increase the load of subsequent machines, easily burning out the motor, and too thin material may cause damage when drawing). A brake device is installed and the main shaft’s tightness can be adjusted by the brake handwheel to reduce the inertia when rotating and avoid loosing roll material. Its applicable scope is small, but it has the advantages of saving space and energy-saving.

The Structural Characteristics of Decoiler:
1. The box body of the decoiler is welded by steel plate, after annealing and grinding treatment, it is strong in rigidity and good in appearance. Key components are made of German Meihann castings, and long-distance bearings are adopted to ensure the solidity and stability of the whole machine.
2. The motor and reducer are used to control, and the belt transmission has good function and high reliability.
3. The feeding tile plate is designed in four leaves, and the arc of the tile plate fits the inner diameter of the material. The surface of the tile plate is hardened and plated and has smooth wear resistance. The width of the tile plate is ≥200mm, and the thickness is ≥18mm. It is firm and durable, and there is no abrasion to the material during use.
4. Electromagnetic relays, intermediate relays and time relays are all imported original parts to ensure long-term stable production.
5. The main shaft is ø140 45# seamless tube, which is tempered and can bear long-term weight without deformation.
6. The operation is safe: drive belts, shafts and other transmission parts are all installed with protective covers to ensure the safety of operators and the operation of loading and unloading materials.
