According to the different operating principles of the uncoiler, the uncoiler is divided into two types: a powered uncoiler and a non-powered uncoiler. In fact, in stamping, what is known is the powered uncoiler, while the unpowered uncoiler is less used (mainly used for stamping shelves, motors, and EI sheets). However, because the unpowered decoiler can greatly reduce the floor space of the production line, it is still an important part of the uncoiler category.
During the actual use of the traditional unpowered uncoiler, the material roll is placed on the supporting material tile. And the material head is manually pulled out and introduced into the coil leveling machine, and the material roll is pulled to rotate when the coil leveling machine feeds. When the feeding of the coil leveling machine stops, the rotation should also stop, otherwise the coil material will be scattered due to release, which will affect the subsequent feeding. However, usually after the feeding of the coil leveling machine stops, the supporting tile will still continue to rotate due to inertia, so the non-powered uncoiler must be equipped with a rack brake device.
Since the feeding of the coil leveling machine is discontinuous, this process is carried out alternately at high frequency, so the braking device of the uncoiler is required to perform high-speed braking and loosen the supporting tile alternately. However, the traditional unpowered uncoiler braking device cannot realize alternate high-speed braking and loosening of the supporting tile.
In order to fundamentally solve the shortcomings of the traditional unpowered uncoiler, Henli has greatly improved the brake device of the unpowered uncoiler. The improved unpowered uncoiler drives the upper brake lever and the lower brake lever to rotate along the brake bracket through the expansion and contraction of the cylinder. When the cylinder shrinks, the upper friction plate and the lower friction plate clamp the brake disc, so that the brake disc stops rotating immediately, thereby stopping the rotation of the supporting tile and quickly stopping the discharging. When the cylinder is extended, the upper friction plate and the lower friction plate loosen the brake disc of the material frame, and the brake disc rotates under the drive of the rotating sleeve of the supporting tile plate to realize automatic uncoiling.
