The coils carried by the decoiler straightener feeder are heavy (usually more than 3 tons), so special attention should be paid to loading the coils. The coils can be fed in the following three ways:
1. Use the stacker to load the coil material for the decoiler straightener feeder.
This method is a commonly used and common loading method, but the operator directly drives without any protective device, and the danger comes with it.
In order to reduce the risk of using the stacker to load the decoiler straightener feeder, the following points must be strictly followed:
1.1. The weight should not exceed the load range of the forklift.
1.2. When loading the coil, do not place the coil unbalanced.
1.3. A support frame must be inserted into the center of the coil, and the other support frame should be gently fixed outside the diameter of the material.
1.4. Always make sure that the coil has enough space for cleaning.
1.5. Do not load loose coils.
1.6. Do not directly remove the roll material from the rack.
When using the crane to load coils for the decoiler straightener feeder, the following instructions must be strictly followed:
2.1. Confirm that the hooks on the crane are safe and in good condition.
2.2. Do not use bales to hang on the crane. Generally, the bales cannot carry the entire weight of the material when lifting the material roll, and it is easy to cause danger.
2.3. When the material roll is lifted, the material must be moved carefully and slowly to reduce the swing.
2.4. When hoisting the material roll, it must be confirmed that the strap is tied tightly on the material roll.
2.5. Use other auxiliary devices to cooperate with the crane to load the coil.
2.6. Do not stand on the roll aisle.
3. Use the trolley device to install the decoiler straightener feeder on the coil. (the safest and most efficient way)
When using the trolley device to load materials for the decoiler straightener feeder, the following instructions must be followed to avoid unnecessary danger.
3.1. The trolley must be used to install coils at a safe/reasonable speed.
3.2.When feeding the material, confirm that the coil is fully supported.
3.3. Do not put yourself close to the material roll.
