Full Automatic Nonwoven Fabric N95 Disposable Mask Making Machines Production Line

Henli Machinery now is working on new designed N95 production line . The first batch of machines are in manufacture already .

Now the world are suffering from the COVID-19 , the masks in short supply . We know N95/KN95 mask has better filter function than normal flat type non-woven mask / disposable medical mask . Need to produce more masks ASAP to protect human .

Below is the details of the N95 production line :

Ⅰ. Equipment parameters

Automatic calculation can effectively control production efficiency and production progress.
Frequency conversion control can adjust the operation speed of the equipment according to the actual needs.
The equipment has a high degree of automation and low requirements for operators.
Modular and humanized design, convenient maintenance.

Ⅱ.Process flow

Unwinding the rolls of cloth, then combined by rollers. The cloth is folded mechanically, the roll for nasal line is pulling and unwinding , cut to a fixed length and then led into the wrapped cloth. The two sides are welded to the seal by ultrasonic welding, sealed laterally by ultrasonic and cut to shape by cutter.

Ⅲ. Equipment description of the whole line

2.1 Floor size (length × width × height): about 9000 × 1600 × 2000 (unit: mm)

2.2 Equipment weight: ≤ 6000kg

2.3 Working voltage: AC380V±10% , 50Hz, rated power about 8kw.

2.4 Compressed air: 0.5-0.7mpa, flow rate: 300L/min.

2.5 Operating environment: temperature 10-35 ℃, humidity 5-35% HR

2.6 Production efficiency: 2100～2700pcs/h, symmetrical precision: + 0.1mm

PROJECT INTRODUCTION

3.1 Decoiler（Size:L*W*H：about 3400×900×2000）

3.2 Mask contour forming section （Size:L*W*H：about 1300×1300×1500）

3.3 Ear band welding section (length x width x height: about 1600 × 1050 × 1950)

3.4 Folding forming section (length x width x height: about 2600 × 980 × 1500)
