With Packing Machine

Automated production line for manufacturing disposable masks which is mainly used servo control system.The pass rate of good products is as high as 99.5%, and the production efficiency is 95-120 pieces per minute, with high stability.
Full automatic disposable mask machine is connected to the automatic packaging machine to maximize production efficiency. It is suitable for automatic packaging of single-piece or multi-piece(1-10pcs/bag) masks.

Stable earloop welding mechanism

1.High standard processing technology makes the height error of each welding head within 0.005mm.

3.The earloop clamping claw adopts asymmetric structure, which makes the opening larger and makes it difficult missing the ear band .

Mask folding

When change fabric or folding depth is shallow, it is easy to disperse (Folding depth should be shallow when the fabric is narrow).

Nose Bar

Mask Body Welding

1. The mask is fluffy, which is not conducive to stacking and increases the cost of labor and packaging .

1.The mask is flat and hard. It can stack more than 25pcs, and the later packaging volume will be reduced by about 1 / 3.

Economical Flat Type Disposable Mask Machine

Description and Characters

1. The equipment will stack three or four rolls of non-woven fabrics together through the body machine of the mask (the nose bridge is automatically cut and clipped to fit) and automatically position until the non-woven fabric is folded . Automatically discharge after cutting and forming. The mask is transmitted to the ear belt machine by the conveyor and automatically weld the elastic cord (The production line can include one elastic cord welding machine , two or three machines . Henli’s standard type is with two machines )
2. It is mainly used in the automatic equipment of making disposable face mask with non-woven fabric .
3. The equipment is simple in operation, stable in working, high efficiency in loading and unloading , compact in structure and small in land occupation. The frame is made of aluminum alloy ,which is solid, nice appearance and rust free. It adopts Japan Mitsubishi PLC and writes its own program actions .
4. Main mechanism components: non-woven fabric coil placing frame, mask body machine lamination, nose bridge automatic straightening and cutting, automatic folding, welding, cutting, transfer conveyor , elastic cord welding machine, automatic blanking conveyor belt, etc.
