In the realm of punch press feeders, there are three prominent types vying for attention in the market. These include air feeders, roller feeders, and the advanced NC servo feeders. Currently, the fixed suspension mounting method with an installation plate reigns supreme among these feeders.

Installation of the feeder involves drilling two countersunk screw holes at the center of the punch press table’s side. By utilizing M14 fixing screws, the installation plate and feeder are securely fastened, completing the suspended installation of the feeder unit. Adjusting the feeder’s height becomes a breeze when different molds are utilized. Simply rotate the adjustment screw located at the lower end of the installation plate to achieve precise positioning, tailored to the requirements of various stamping processes.

The fixed suspension mounting technique for feeders is characterized by its practical and straightforward structure, making it a popular choice. However, when compared to the second-generation feeder models like air feeders and roller feeders, the third-generation NC servo feeder boasts a wider range of applications. With the ability to handle sheet materials ranging from 0 to 2000mm in width and 0 to 6.0mm in thickness, the NC servo feeder is truly versatile. It is worth noting, though, that when dealing with large and thick sheets, the NC servo feeder tends to be larger and carry a heavier head, which includes a Mitsubishi servo motor. Consequently, significant vibrations are experienced during feeding. When the fixed suspension mounting method is employed, these vibrations intensify, resulting in performance instability and compromised feeding accuracy. In order to address this issue and cater to the needs of our customers, we have designed a dedicated fixed frame structure.

The fixed frame structure of the NC servo feeder comprises various components, including the main frame, supporting platforms, supporting plates, supporting columns, flanges, shock absorbers, and more. The upper part of the main frame features a pair of supporting platforms, strategically positioned at intervals. Between these platforms, a supporting plate is firmly affixed, providing a stable foundation for the NC servo feeder unit. Evenly distributed supporting columns are integrated into the outer walls of the supporting platforms. Supporting column flanges are installed at the outer ends of these columns, which connect to the supporting column connecting plates. Shock absorbers are thoughtfully placed between the supporting columns and supporting platforms. By aligning the feeder unit with the supporting columns and ensuring close contact with the shock absorbers, we guarantee enhanced stability. Additionally, the left and right ends of the main frame are equipped with reference fixing holes situated at the outer ends of the supporting platforms. The supporting plate features body-fixing bolts that securely fasten the feeder unit.

The NC servo feeder, when equipped with a fixed frame, demonstrates exceptional stability, reliability, and effectively eliminates vibrations and instability during machine operation. This innovative design ensures remarkable precision and stability when utilizing the feeder, ultimately elevating the overall applicability and performance of the NC servo feeder.

In conclusion, if you seek to optimize your punch press feeder, look no further than the NC servo feeder with a fixed frame structure. Embrace the advantages of stability, reliability, and enhanced performance, and take your stamping processes to new heights of efficiency and precision.
