In my earlier news I wrote about that one of our Indian clients placed the second order with us also for uncoiler, straightener, NC servo feeder. But the uncoiler and straightener he used 2 in 1 type and he also bought high speed roll feeders. As for this Dubai client, he’s a technicist in his factory and he knew nothing about progressive dies and coil automation. He found our company on Google and asked for 3 in 1 uncoiler, straightener, NC servo feeder..
After I got to know his material just within 200mm width, I recommended him separate machines of them instead of 3 in 1. Although 3 in 1 uncoiler, straightener, NC servo feeder is much more expensive than separate of them, I didn’t do that, just choose the most suitable combination for my customer.
Most importantly, I helped him supply 2 pcs of progressive dies. He bought 4 sets of uncoilers, straighteners, NC servo feeders from us for first try of automatic production, which fully satisfied him and placed the second order for other products of 4 pcs of progressive dies, also 1 set of uncoiler, straightener, NC servo feeder.
