Structural differences:

Henli’s TL series material straightening machine (ordinary leveling machine) drum adopts the diameter of Φ60mm roller, the arrangement of the upper 3 and 4 (the diameter of the drum is large, the number of rollers is small), the upper drum adopts the unpowered design, and the lower drum drive, the advantages The flattening application has a wide range of material thickness, and the disadvantages are also very obvious. It cannot be applied to the precision leveling of the thin plate material. At the same time, due to the adjustment of the curvature of the material, a simple scale method is adopted in the adjustment mode design, and the adjustment precision is not high.

Henli’s BSL series precision leveling machine drum adopts the diameter of Φ18mm roller, the arrangement of the upper 9 and the lower 10 (the diameter of the drum is small, the number of rollers is large), and the upper and lower leveling rollers adopt the independent transmission mode, although the applicable range is not ordinary leveling. The thickness of the machine is large, but the advantages are very obvious. That is, the leveling precision is extremely high, the internal stress is completely eliminated, and the frequency control speed is adopted in the speed regulation. The material is not easy to shake and deform during the operation, ensuring the demand of high precision leveling.

Processing differences:

Henli’s TL series material straightening machine (ordinary leveling machine) has lower processing precision requirements for wallboard and leveling roller. The wall board is processed by ordinary milling machine. After the lathe is finished, the drum is heat treated and then ground. Finally, hard chrome plating is enough.

The machining accuracy of the wall and flattening rollers of Henli’s BSL series precision leveling machine is much higher, and the process and process requirements are completely different. Precision leveling machine wall panels require precision CNC machining centers for processing. After CNC machining, heat treatment is carried out, and then the wallboards need to be ground and finished. The drum needs two or three times of grinding and hard chrome plating to ensure that the requirements are met.
