Coil materials must be uncoiled before stamping production, and the uncoiling equipment used more in stamping production is the uncoiler. Standard uncoilers often run out of sync with the coil straightener machine (or servo feeder machine). At this time, through the induction pendulum of the 12V induction power supply, cooperate with the time relay, intermediate relay and electronic IC board in the electric control box on the side of the uncoiler to realize the automatic stop of the uncoiler. It’s just that the simple start-stop induction will not only reduce the stability during the uncoiling process, but also make the material prone to vibration and deformation during operation. And it will cause the uncoiler motor to start frequently, which will greatly affect the service life of the uncoiler, and the power consumption will also increase greatly.
In order to fundamentally solve such problems, henli designed the frequency converter as an optional function of the uncoiler for customers to choose. When the frequency converter cooperates with the uncoiler, it can automatically change the speed of the uncoiler (instead of simply controlling the start and stop) according to the running speed of the subsequent coil straightener machine (or servo feeder machine). This can greatly reduce the number of starts and stops of the uncoiler, which can not only improve the stability of the uncoiler, but also reduce the vibration and deformation of the material, greatly prolong the service life of the machine, and greatly reduce the power consumption. Therefore, the frequency converter has also become one of the commonly used optional devices for uncoilers.

How does the frequency converter realize automatic speed control?
As the speed of the uncoiler changes, the drooping range of the material will become larger and smaller, and the head of the induction pendulum will also move up and down. When the speed of the coil straightener machine (or servo feeder machine) is fast, the drooping range of the material becomes smaller, and the induction pendulum head rises accordingly. On the contrary, the drooping range becomes larger, and the induction swing head sinks accordingly. The potentiometer moves up and down with the sensing pendulum head, and the center point of the potentiometer moves, resulting in different resistance values. This changing resistance value enters the electronic IC board, and after internal calculation and processing, it outputs an analog signal, which is supplied to the motor frequency conversion controller to adjust the operating speed of the uncoiler. This makes the speed consistent with that of the coil straightener machine (or servo feeder machine). The follow-up machine is fast and it is fast, and the follow-up machine is slow and it is also slow. Fully automated speed control is realized. This is the function of the frequency converter.
