This Decoiler+round corner machine+NC coil feeder production line is used in stamping construction hardware spare parts production line. Its characteristic is material is narrow, mostly aluminum profiles. The feeding step is short, flatness is high, and individual products need chamfering. So our company designed a round corner machine for them and equip with our Decoiler and NC coil feeder of 300mm models. Regarding round corner machine, 5 sets of side guide wheel roundings are used, and one side rounding wheel is arranged between the two sets of correcting wheels to eliminate the burrs generated by the rounded edges of the rounded rolls, and to ensure the use of the sides of the material. The rounding angle R0.3~0.8 mm. Round side wheel strip feeding rollers are upper 6 lower 6 type. The 6 sets of round side wheel strip feeding rollers and the five sets of side side guide rolls which are facing up and down are repeatedly pressed by the material to achieve the function of rounding the material.
