Henli’s fully automatic decoiler is a model born by adding a feeding trolley device to the standard hydraulic decoiler, which can smoothly move the coil material to the expansion and contraction drum of the decoiler. Its biggest advantage is that it can realize automatic loading, feeding, expansion and shrinkage and uncoiling of the coils of the decoiler. It is an effective and reliable uncoiling equipment for large and thick plate coils.

The load-bearing surface of the loading trolley of the fully automatic decoiler is V-shaped, and the trolley is driven by a hydraulic motor. The up and down drive of the trolley is a hydraulic cylinder, and the control is controlled by a simple point-controlled operation of the operating handle. The operating handle box of the fully automatic decoiler has three functions to control the up and down operation of the trolley, the forward and backward movement of the trolley, and the tension and contraction of the decoiler.

When the fully automatic decoiler is in use, after placing the coil on the V-shaped material bearing platform, turn the up knob switch on the trolley operating handle of the decoiler. Control the opening of the hydraulic valve, push the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to move upward, and the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder pushes the V-shaped material receiving platform to drive the coil material to move upward. When it rises to the highest point, it means that the center of the coil has moved to the position that coincides with the center of the decoiler. At this time, the control hydraulic valve is closed, and the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder stops moving upward.

It works as follows:
Turn the forward knob switch on the trolley operating handle of the fully automatic decoiler, and drive the sprocket shaft to rotate forward through the forward rotation of the oil pressure motor. The sprocket shaft drives the sprocket to rotate forward, and the sprocket drives the second sprocket to rotate forward through the chain. The second sprocket wheel drives one of the rear wheels to rotate forward, and the other rear wheel and the two front wheels then run, so that the feeding trolley of the whole decoiler moves forward on the guide rail.
When the feeding trolley of the decoiler moves to the position of the travel switch of the feeding position, put the material roll on the expansion and contraction reel of the decoiler. Then, the travel motor is controlled to reverse by the hydraulic motor, the travel motor drives the sprocket shaft to reverse, the sprocket shaft drives the sprocket to reverse, and the sprocket drives the second sprocket to reverse through the chain. The second sprocket wheel drives one of the rear wheels to reverse, and the other rear wheel and two front wheels then run, so that the feeding trolley of the whole decoiler moves backward on the guide rail. When the feeding trolley of the uncoiler moves to the hard limit block at the initial position, the traveling motor stops reversing and is ready for the next feeding.
