Coil Feeding Line is divided into three types: standard, medium plate and thick plate, which are distinguished according to the thickness of the applicable materials. (It can also be divided into: economical type, practical type, high-configuration type according to the customer’s automatic configuration requirements)

The standard coil feeding line is suitable for the automatic production of 0.3-3.2mm thick sheet materials, and is mainly used in the stamping of accessories such as computers, monitors, printers, air conditioners, and set-top boxes.

The medium plate type coil feeding line is suitable for the production of medium plate materials with a thickness of 0.6-4.5mm.
Mainly used in electrical parts, auto parts ceiling punching, motor stator and rotor stamping and other medium plate stamping occasions;

The thick plate coil feeding line is suitable for the production of thick plate materials with a thickness of 1.0-6.0mm.

The coil feeding line consists of a coil feeder machine, a servo control system, a decoiler machine, a coil leveling machine, and other accessories.
