Automatic Hydraulic Hole Punching Production Line

Punching plates are also known as punching nets, perforated plates, perforated plates, mine screens, machine screens, etc.

It refers to metal plates with various shapes and holes on the surface. The products are widely used in chemical machinery, pharmaceutical equipment, food and beverage machinery, cigarette machinery, harvesters, dry cleaning machines, ironing tables, silencers, refrigeration equipment (central air conditioning) speakers, Handicraft production, hydraulic fittings, filtration equipment, etc.

Hole type rectangular hole, square hole, diamond hole, round hole, hexagonal hole, cross hole, triangle hole, oblong hole, long waist hole, plum blossom hole, fish scale hole, pattern hole, pentagram hole, irregular hole and so on.

This time, our Malaysian customer requested is to punch oval hole, and only need to provide us with product drawings and dimensions. The composition of the entire production line: mold + hole punching machine + automatic feeding equipment are designed and provided by our company-HENLI. According to the specifications of raw materials and customer budget, the solution we provide is: single die + hydraulic hole punching machine + uncoiler + NC servo feeder.

Based on the customer’s product drawings, we provided the mold sketches to the customer for confirmation. The hole punching machine is selected based on the design of the mold. HENLI specializes in stamping automatic feeding equipment and has more than 20 years of experience. At the same time, we also have long-term stable and reliable partners which equipment manufacturers that are used with our feeding equipment, such as molds, punches, shears and roll forming, etc.

After completing the equipment debugging and testing. We will send pictures and videos to  customer for double check,if everything goes well.We arrange the packaging and delivery as soon as possible . Our customer can receive the goods in one week from China to Malaysia.
