2/ Structure of Servo Zigzag Feeder
The structure of the zigzag feeder is composed of three main structures: working machine frame, feeding machine head and electronic control box.
- There are two parallel linear guideways in left and right directions of settings on the working machine frame, and ball screw rods is set at the center of the two guideways, to parallel with the two guideways, there are left and right movable frames is set on the guide rail, and screw sleeves under the left and right movable frames, the screw sleeves are matched with the threads of the ball screw rods.
- left and right movable frame has two parallel axes of left and right parallel, the parallel axle is perpendicular to the guide rail of the frame, the parallel axle is fixed in the left and right movable frame, a screw is set up between two parallel axes, two parallel axles are equipped with front and rear movable frames, the lower part of the front and rear movable frame is provided with a screw sleeve, which matches the screw threads of the left and right movable frame, the screw sleeves are matched with the screw threads of the left and right movable frames.
- A servo motor is added to drive the screw and ball screw in the engine frame, and the servo motor is connected with the control box through the signal line.
3/ How Does Zigzag Feeder Works
When constant Henli zigzag feeder and punch are matched to use together, After setting up the program in the control box, the servo motor of the punch feeder drives the ball screw to drag the left and right movable frame, the material is pushed to punch to start stamping from left to right, When the material is stamped from left to right, the servo motor drives the screw on the left and right movable frame to move forward and backward, then the servo motor drives the ball screw to push the left and right movable frames back from right to left, and the second row of the material starts stamping again, so as to realize the circular with circular mutual tangent stamping production, which greatly improves the utilization rate of materials.
