At the end of October , a customer from Colombia sent me a message, and needed our 2 in 1 leveling machine and NC feeder. After some detailed discussion, we received the deposit from the customer in mid-November. Then we arranged the production immediately. After two weeks of manufacturing, we perfectly completed the NC feeder and the 2 in 1 leveling machine. On this week, the QC worker of the Colombian customer came to the factory and carefully examined our machine one by one.We took some photos as below:

The inspection process was very pleasant. The QC worker made a report on the same day. After my customer seeing the report, he gave a very high evaluation. Then he introduced another company in Mexico, then will buy other machines from our company.Please see the feedback form customer below:

In the process of this transaction, we have always been to maximize the interests of customers, NC feeder is the most advanced feeder at present, we use Yaskawa motor, with its own frequency conversion function, the first use of history is the AF air feeder ,it has a short life. It is followed by a roller feeder, which is very difficult to install and has high maintenance costs. It is quickly replaced by the NC feeder.
Currently the most used is the NC feeder. The feed roller is made of high-alloy bearing steel for a series of heat treatments to ensure the surface hardness of the roller is up to HRC60, ensuring high precision and high wear resistance. After precision grinding, sandblasting is performed. In order to increase the friction between the two rolls to ensure the accuracy of the feed length.
The flattening part of the UL leveling machine adopts the same performance as the feeder, strictly guarantees the surface smoothness of the correcting roller, can improve the service life, and can be used for a long time, and can achieve zero failure. If there is no accident, it can be used normally within 8 years, and no problem will occur. It is the most popular machine at present.
The UL leveling machine combines the functions of decoiler and leveling. Our decoiler is equipped with a press arm and a gantry sensor frame. The whole process is perfectly matched. The quality of our factory machine is very good. The following is the feedback from customers:
