Features
The zigzag servo feeder is a specialized machine designed for cutting wafers. It differs from a standard servo feeder by featuring a work frame that moves left and right, controlled by a servo motor. This allows the feeder to adjust the position of the wafer as it is being cut, resulting in circular cuts and improved material utilization. Additionally, if the wafers being cut are different sizes, the feeder can automatically calculate the best arrangement angle to save as much material as possible. Overall, the zigzag servo feeder offers a more efficient and precise solution for wafer cutting compared to a standard servo feeder.
Features of the Zigzag Servo Feeder:
1.Two-Dimensional Movement: The zigzag servo feeder uses a two-axis alternate feeding mechanism, which allows for movement of materials in two dimensions. This enables effective and rapid cutting of wafers, resulting in improved material utilization.
2.Precise Cutting: The feeder can be shifted multiple times based on the diameter of the wafers being cut, ensuring circular cuts and maximizing material utilization. The arrangement angle can also be automatically calculated for different sized wafers for maximum material saving.
3.Advanced Electronic Control System: The feeder is equipped with a Mitsubishi PLC control system and two Yaskawa servo motors, ensuring precise control of the feeding rollers and left-right movement. The minimum distance between sides can be set within 0.5mm and feeding error can be controlled within ±0.08mm, meeting demanding processing requirements.
4.Easy Operation: The feeder’s touch screen allows for easy input of material width, cutting diameter, and feeding step, and the control system automatically calculates the movement and feeding distance, enabling fully automatic operation.
Our system features automatic discharge method selection, which maximizes the utilization rate of the materials by saving the production specifications you enter during operation. With this feature, you can expect the utilization rate to increase up to 95%.
