1、 Movable heavy duty decoiler
Because zigzag feeder has a large swing in working, the decoiler uncoiling should be synchronized with the feeder to ensure that the feeder will not damage the material and confirm the feeding accuracy when feeding the material. HENLI’s decoiler adopts slide rail displacement, with using large hydraulic pressure for mobile power, and has various settings such as disc brakes and rolling type press arms, in order to ensure the reliability in decoiling, stability and nc servo zigzag feeder synchronization consistency.
2、 Large thick plate leveler
When using NC servo feeder, the leveling roller of the leveler can correct the curvature of the material, allowing the material to pass through the mold smoothly and ensure the flatness of the wafer. The adjustment of the leveling machine is to use the worm wheel lift to adjust the feeding roller and the leveling roller up and down, and use spring to eliminate the gap between the worm wheel lift. All rollers are used hard chrome-plated ,cause that leveler has a long service life..
3、 Large NC servo zigzag feeder
The zigzag device shifts the NC servo feeder and adjusts the position of punching wafer by yaw shift, so that allow materials to achieve highest utilization when operation. The main structure of HENLI’s NC servo zigzag feeder is composed of linear guides, ball screws, fixed seats, work frames and so on. It can effectively reduce the friction, high speed and improve production efficiency when working.
