1. The function of the swinging robotic arm manipulator is to provide a power source for holding (sucking), transferring, and releasing the product by the clamp.
2. Swinging robotic arm manipulator will change according to different products. The shape and structure of the clamps will change. The supporting clamps are not included in the list of swing arm manipulators and need to be customized.
3. The swinging arm manipulator may choose other materials such as roll stock, sheet stock, etc., and the feeder or loader may not be included in the list of swinging arm manipulator equipment and shall be additionally customized.
4. After the swinging arm manipulator removes the molded product from the mold, it can use the conveyor belt or basket to collect the product. Conveyor belts and material baskets are not included in the list of swinging arm manipulator equipment and should be prepared or customized by the customer.

B: We will leave approx. 10% I/O for customers based on our total I/O amount.
3. A: Can your 4 axis swinging robotic arm support controlling by Ethernet? Able to program from PC? Any special software for programming?
B: Our 4 axis swinging robotic arm can not support controlling by Ethernet for now.
Can’t program from PC because this is dedicated system, which is already mature and comprehensive. This integrates all of the scenarios that come up on the site, customers just need to use it directly.
Customers just need to operate on our touch screen, no need for any other special software to support the programming.
4. A: What is the range of the variety of stamping machines?
B: Almost every type of stamping machines.
5. A: Is your I/O port available to communicate with your 4 axis swinging robotic arm and my PLC? If can, how does stamping machine communicate with your robotic arm?
B: That 10% reserved I/O port is for customers to add other equipment in your production line. Our 4 axis swinging robotic arm will output the signal to the stamping machine, then the stamping machine will input the signal to our robotic arm, which becomes a working circle.
6. A: What is the communication mode?
B: It is certain, which can not be modified.
7. A: What is the wearing part?
B: Sucker, synchronous belt and screw for each part. Regarding wear tear part, we will equip 5 more sets randomly. If these spare parts are run out, customer can purchase them from our company through our sales or purchase them locally.
8. A: How I do the routine maintenance? Do I need to change oil?
B: No need. The daily maintenance plan is to require the user to maintain the machine according to the maintenance plan provided by our company, mainly to lubricate the important parts and check the screws of the parts.
9. A: Does it have English version? Able to integrate with other programming language?
B: Yes, customers can converse it directly on our touch screen.
Yes, but customers may need to offer us corresponding language translation work.
10. A: What is the machine lifetime?
B: Under the condition of achieving our requirement of maintenance, machine lifetime can be more than 3 years (counting by 8 hours working per day).
11. A: In case of software upgrade, how do you plan to execute it overseas?
B: Our controlling system is the highest version for now.
12. A: What is the warranty and support plan offered?
12-1. Though we don’t have after-sales service staff overseas for now, we will provide after-sales maintenance instruction to your people, including operation, training and simple troubleshooting after we achieve successful cooperation.
12-2. If the system itself has problem, we will deliver a new one by courier to you for exchange. If you need our people to provide the corresponding technical guidance and after-sales maintenance on the site of the customer, you may need to be responsible for the travelling expenses of our people’s business trip, return tickets, hotel expense, as well as the labor cost 64usd/8 hours.
