The characteristic of hardware spare part production line: High surface and flatness requirement, thick material and narrow width, the oxide film appearance of the copper and aluminum easy be stripped. The machine system as follow,
2 in 1 openable leveler + NC servo feeder machine (Roller be covered by plastic)
CASE 1: OPENABLE ROLLER STRAIGHTENER FOR ALUMINIUM SHEET
NCHL (3 in 1 straightener feeder) as above is an ODM project for customer. our customer is in the range of Ford suppliers, which has strict technical standard. Customer’s material is aluminum. aluminium is belong to soft metal, it’s easy to adhesive its scrapes to the roller surface, thus may damage following feeding material surface. Openable straightener makes the cleaning work more easy.
CASE 2: DECOILER AND STRAIGTHENER WITH GRIPPER FEED FOR THICK SHEET
2 in1 decoiler and straigthener with gripper feed for thick sheet feeding. mirror aluminum or critical ss material is so easy to be damaged. this gripper feeder is a perfect solution to solve it. Compared to roller feeder, gripper feeder clamp material take more careful with larger contacting area. And feeding lenth is more flexible than easy to control
CASE 3: SERVO FEEDER FOR COPPER BUTTON STAMPING
CR cradle and servo feeder for stamping feeder machine. Customer is mainly producing garment accessories, like button, tags, etc. All there accessories have the same features, small order each time and fast changing every season. Servo feeder shows its standout advantages when facing these 2 problems. All our customer need to do is setting parameters on touch screen when products changing.
CASE 4: UL DECOILER LEVELER WORK WITH FILM COATING COIL SHEET
film laminated steel is widely used on stamping industry to protech final product damaged in processing. but film coating on the steel surface lower the friction between feeding rollers and coil sheet, which may cased incorrect feeding when sliding accours. To prevent feeding sliding, we provide rubber covered rollers on servo feeder, this has been proved best practical solution from our past 5 years experience.
