1.The primary function is to replace the standard bolt-hook fastening structure with a new T-bolt quick-change structure. This takes advantage of the structural features of T-bolts, which allow for quick replacement and simplify the loading and unloading of A-type iron by turning the T-bolts 90 degrees after loosening the nuts during disassembly to remove the A-type iron.
2.Regarding the gantry induction frame, the basic principle is as follows: when the hydraulic decoiler uncoils the metal material coil and sends it to the subsequent leveler machine, material sag may occur during the transmission process due to the gravity factor of the metal material itself. This material forms an arc between the decoiler and the leveler machine, which can be controlled by the material rack to stop after it touches the induction rack. The decoiler runs automatically after it leaves, enabling fully automatic control of the decoiler.
However, this induction frame has unavoidable defects. Firstly, the material must be metal. Secondly, the uncoiling speed of the decoiler can affect the sag height of the hydraulic decoiler, which may result in loosening or uncoiling.

Press arm：The primary purpose is to apply pressure on the outer ring during the uncoiling process of the hydraulic decoiler to prevent the coil’s material from becoming loose. This function is recommended when the material’s thickness exceeds 2.0mm or the yield strength is high.
Pressing Arm with Motor：If your material is exceptionally thick and flexible, we may need to add a motor to the pressing arm to enhance its efficiency. Inverter: The primary purpose of this feature is to enable inverter speed control of the decoiler, which enhances its compatibility with the subsequent leveler machine(coil feeder machine). Hydraulic expansion device: The primary function of this feature is to replace the standard decoiler’s manual expansion method. The oil pressure drives the expansion of the decoiler’s inner diameter, causing the supporting tile’s inner diameter to tighten, reducing the labor intensity of the coil’s expansion and contraction and ensuring complete tension. This feature is generally recommended for coils weighing more than 3 tons. However, it can also be selected for rolls weighing less than 3 tons to reduce labor intensity.
Hydraulic feeding trolley: This hydraulic feeding trolley is capable of automatic material reception, conveyance, uncoiling of the main shaft, and resetting. It delivers high feeding accuracy, fast speed, and good stability, enabling fully automated feeding operations.
