Features of hydraulic decoiler:
1. The main shaft of the hydraulic decoiler adopts an oil pressure expansion system, which has a large tension force and good safety. At the same time save man-hours and improve efficiency.
2. The hydraulic decoiler has the function of automatic pressure keeping, which can prevent the material from loosening.
3. The hydraulic decoiler has an automatic brake function to prevent the inertia of the material from breaking the motor base. And it has the function of loosening the limit to prevent the oil cylinder from being damaged.
4. Four-blade design, the radian of the blade coincides with the inner diameter of the material. The surface of the blade is hard-plated, smooth and wear-resistant, and will not damage the material during use.
5. A-type iron with quick-change structure. The replacement is fast, firm and does not damage the blades.
6. The main motor is driven by a deceleration motor. With vector frequency conversion control, unwinding is driven by the sprocket.

1.The main function is to replace the standard bolt-hook fastening structure with a new T-bolt quick-change structure. Take advantage of the structural features of T-bolts (after loosening the nuts during disassembly, turn the T-bolts 90 degrees to remove the A-type iron) to achieve the purpose of quick replacement and simplify the loading and unloading of the A-type iron.

2.About gantry induction frame,the basic principle is: when the hydraulic decoiler uncoils the metal material coil and sends it to the subsequent leveler machine, due to the gravity factor of the metal material itself, material sag will occur during the transmission process. The material will form an arc between the decoiler and the leveler machine due to gravity, and it will control the material rack to stop after it touches the induction rack. After leaving, the decoiler runs automatically, so as to realize the fully automatic control of the decoiler.

However, there are unavoidable defects in this induction frame. First, the material must be a metal material. The second is that the uncoiling speed of the decoiler affects the sag height of the hydraulic decoiler, which may cause loosening or uncoiling.

Press arm:The main function is to press the outer ring to avoid the loose material of the coil when the hydraulic decoiler uncoils the coil. It is recommended to select this function when the thickness of the material exceeds 2.0mm or the yield strength is high.

Pressing Arm with Motor:If your material is particularly thick and flexible, then we need to add a motor to the pressing arm to improve the efficiency of the pressing arm.

Of course, before adding this function, it is best to consult Henli. We will judge whether your material needs to add a motor based on experience.

Inverter: the main function is to realize the inverter speed control of the decoiler. Hydraulic expansion device: the main function is to replace the manual expansion method of the standard decoiler. The inner diameter of the decoiler is driven by oil pressure to expand, so that the inner diameter of the supporting tile is tightened, reducing the labor intensity of the expansion and contraction of the coil and ensuring complete tension. Generally, it is recommended to choose a coil of more than 3 tons. Of course, if it is to reduce labor intensity, it can also be selected for a roll of less than 3 tons.

Hydraulic feeding trolley: It can automatically receive materials, automatically convey, automatically uncoil the main shaft, and automatically reset. 5. The supporting tile adopts a four-blade design, and the radian of the supporting tile matches the inner diameter of the material. The surface of the support tile is hard-plated, smooth and wear-resistant, and will not damage the material during use.

6. The A-type iron of the retaining material adopts a quick-change structure, which can be replaced quickly and firmly without damaging the supporting tile.

Maintenance points of hydraulic decoiler

1. Before the daily operation of the hydraulic decoiler, carefully check the installation status of the gear transmission system. There is also the fit clearance of the shingle and the levelness of the base supporting the rocker arm.

2. Check the oil cylinder of the hydraulic decoiler every week. Check whether it is leaking, whether the pressure and flow of the hydraulic system are normal, and whether the hydraulic cylinder of the outer support rocker arm is operating normally.

3. Check the vibration of tiles every week, and check the wear of the mandrel at the same time, and repair or replace it in time.

4. Check the grease leakage of the reducer coupling of the hydraulic decoiler and the flow rate of the lubricating pump every week. And check the lubricating oil level, flow rate and working status of the lubricating pump of the gearbox. Add lubricating oil in time according to the lubrication situation.

5. Check the sliding parts of the hydraulic decoiler, the grease lubrication of the coupling pin shaft, and the wear of the tiles every week.

6. Disassemble the gears of the hydraulic decoiler every 6 months, and check the wear and lubrication of the tooth surfaces.
