Horizontal Decoiler Machine

The horizontal decoiler is a new type of decoiler specially developed and produced for high-speed stamping of sheet materials. It adopts a horizontal flat disk uncoiling method that is not limited by the inner diameter of the coil, and multiple rolls of thin sheet coils can be stacked at the same time, which fundamentally ensures the continuity of stamping production. Frequency conversion speed regulation mode, the speed can be adjusted arbitrarily. The uncoiling speed is fast and stable, and the operation is easy. It is an efficient uncoiling equipment for high-speed stamping of thin plates.

Features:
1. The frequency converter is used for stepless variable speed feeding, the speed is 0-30 m/min, and the speed can be adjusted arbitrarily.
2. Coil materials can be placed overlappingly, reducing the number of handling and saving time for refueling.

Advantages of horizontal decoiler:

1.The horizontal uncoiler has a fast uncoiling speed and is suitable for use with any high-speed press punching machine.

The punching speed of the high-speed punching machine is fast, which puts forward special requirements for the running speed of the matched uncoiler. At present, the uncoilers, light uncoilers and hydraulic uncoilers commonly used in the market can only reach a speed of 16m/min, which cannot meet the needs of high-speed feeding at all. The appearance of the horizontal uncoiler solves this problem, and its feeding speed can reach 30m/min, so that it can meet the requirements of uncoiling speed during the stamping production of any high-speed punch press.

2.The horizontal decoiler is not limited by the inner diameter of the coil, the coils can be stacked, the loading is simple and fast, and the time for changing the material is greatly saved.

The uncoiler adopts the coil drum tensioning type feeding method, so there are strict requirements on the inner diameter of the coil. And one roll material drum can only place one material roll, and it will take a long time to change the material when one roll of material is used up.

The double-layer horizontal decoiler has two flat discs to carry the material rolls, and can uncoil two material rolls. Moreover, both flat disks have independent power systems and do not interfere with each other. The integrated control system ensures the complete synchronization of uncoiling. At the same time, the double-layer roll material can be in the same straight line with the subsequent machine, and there will be no material deviation at all. Fast and stable uncoiling, combined with double-head leveling machine and double-belt NC servo feeder, allows customers to truly realize the goal of reducing investment costs by half, reducing floor space by half, and doubling production efficiency.

Why can design double-layer horizontal uncoiler, be that although present uncoiler has many types, it all can only uncoil a coil material simultaneously. In order to save space, reduce investment and improve efficiency, some customers require mold manufacturers to manufacture double belt molds. It can punch two material strips at the same time on one punching machine, one device realizes the functions of two devices, and the production efficiency is more than doubled. So we developed this double-layer horizontal uncoiler.

1.Decoiler, the applicable material thickness range is 0-3.0mm. After adding optional devices such as the pressing arm, the applicable material thickness can reach 6.0mm. The material width can range from 10-2000mm according to different models, which is suitable for materials with wide and thick materials.

Horizontal Decoiler, the applicable material thickness range is 0-1.0mm, the standard applicable material range is 0-120mm, and for thin materials, the applicable material width can only reach 300mm.

2. The decoiler has requirements on the inner diameter. The inner diameter is 450-530mm (all are made according to the national standard inner diameter of 508mm, of course, it can also be customized according to the needs of customers).

The horizontal decoiler adopts the disc method, and the coil can be directly placed on the rotating disc, and there is no limit to the inner diameter of the coil.

3. The decoiler can only load one coil at a time.

The horizontal decoiler can stack and carry multiple material rolls at one time. When one roll of material is used up, the second material roll can be directly and quickly replaced, saving manpower and time for material change.

4. The decoiler adopts the induction frame induction method, and the automatic operation needs the material to touch the induction rod to stop. It starts to run automatically after leaving the sensing rod, which may scratch the surface of the material (the photoelectric induction method can be replaced).

The induction method of the horizontal decoiler is a micro-motion induction method. After the material pulls the swing rod, the disc starts to run. The material stops pulling, and the disc stops running after the pendulum is reset. It does not directly contact the surface of the material and will not scratch the material at all.
