Model Specifications
A high-speed roller feeder is a type of feeding machine used in the metal stamping process. It works by using an eccentric disk attached to the punch output shaft to drive the feeding rollers and achieve precise feeding. The advantages of high-speed roller feeders include fast speed, high accuracy, good stability, and high cost-effectiveness.
When choosing a high speed roller feeder, it is important to consider the scope of its application, as it is not suitable for all punches. For example, the width of the material being stamped must be within 700mm, the thickness of the material must be within 3.5mm, and the stamping feeding pitch must be within 300mm.
The Seven Major Advantages of the High-speed Roller Feeder Machine in its Structure:
1.One-way Bearings (Safe, Wear-resistant): Embedded with hard alloy and paired with roller bearings, they have high wear resistance, stability, accuracy and long service life. The gears are heat-treated to HRC60° and then precision-ground, with high transmission accuracy.
2.Rollers (Light weight, High hardness): Adopting a hollow type, light weight and small rotational inertia, it can stop in real-time to ensure feeding accuracy. After heat treatment to HRC60° and hard chrome plating, it has high hardness, excellent wear resistance and long service life.
3.Disc Brakes (General Braking Devices): Adopting advanced clutches to make the two sides of the disc completely in contact, it has a long service life and good stability and accuracy.
4.Reverse Device:
4.1.The structure is the same as the one-way device, and it can control the lower wheel accurately, and even long-term use will not cause the lower wheel to have any backward phenomenon, with high stability and accuracy.
4.2.It will not cause the brake to malfunction and cause the lower wheel to reverse and the feeding distance to be inaccurate due to the residual oil splashed out during stamping.
4.3.It is not prone to high heat.
4.4.Equipped with hard alloys and roller bearings, it is not easy to wear.
4.5.The mode of action is circular motion of the roller bearing, rather than linear motion of four guide columns, so there will be no biting phenomenon.
4.6.The friction force is small, the required transmission torque is relatively reduced, and the transmission mechanism is not easily damaged.
4.7.If equipped with a reverse device, the speed can reach 30 meters/minute, generally 20 meters/minute, increasing efficiency by 50%.
4.8.The special structure increases the service life.
5.No marks (PU wheel): Suitable for material surfaces that require high punch products and will not cause any indentations or marks on the material surface.
6.Large adjusting range: The pull rod is three-section, and the adjustment range is large and convenient to adjust, and will not break the rocking arm due to material height adjustment.
7.Fine adjustment device for delivery distance: (especially suitable for machines above 1310NS) :Structure and eccentric disk are the same, adjustment of pitch is convenient, when the adjustment of eccentric disk distance is not far from the target value, only the fine adjustment device needs to be adjusted, saving time.
Note: Each model generally has a standard brake device. When this machine has a reverse device, the standard brake device is used as an auxiliary, double kill system.
