3 in 1 decoiler straightener feeder machine is an automatic equipment that integrates three functions of uncoiling, leveling and feeding. A. Decoiler Part Features
1.The housing is fabricated from welded steel plates, featuring polished welding surfaces. Post-welding, the housing undergoes annealing to relieve stress, and the bearing hole is precisely machined.
2.The main motor is driven by a gear motor, incorporating a frequency converter for speed control. The sprocket propels the material in a rotating motion, and the transmission part comes with a protective cover.
3.A ø125 rotating oil cylinder is employed for expanding the inner diameter, utilizing hydraulic expansion and a wedge-shaped slider structure for the material reel.
4.The innovative four-blade design boasts a curvature that matches the material’s inner diameter. The blade surface is hard-coated, sleek, and wear-resistant, ensuring that the material remains unharmed during operation. The A-type iron features a quick-change mechanism, allowing for swift and secure blade replacement without causing any damage. The blade surface is marked with a graduated scale.
5.The Omron photoelectric switch controls the photoelectric sensor switch.
6.Outfitted with a pneumatic disc brake mechanism.
7.Integrated with pneumatic pressing and support arms, this feature assists in material loading while preventing tail-end material from dropping and causing injury to personnel.
8.The main shaft employs a ø160 45# seamless pipe, which has undergone heat treatment through quenching and tempering.
B. Straightener Feeder Part Features
1.The primary panel undergoes CNC machining center processing to ensure uniformity between the two components, while adhering to stringent quality control measures throughout the production process.
2.The leveling box structure is primarily welded using steel plates with refined welding surfaces. Post-welding and stress-relieving annealing, the bearing hole is precisely machined.
3.The roller consists of heat-treated chrome steel 40CR, subjected to high-frequency quenching and hard chrome plating. The surface hardness ranges from HRC58 to 610, with a 0.05mm thickness of chrome plating on one side.
4.The precise worm gear and worm mechanism govern the synchronized vertical movement of the leveling roller, featuring a digital watch handwheel display for accurate adjustments.
5.The transmission gear’s tooth surface undergoes high-frequency grinding, while the lower roller is equipped with full transmission to prevent any surface damage to the material.
6.Equipped with front and rear manual width adjustment mechanisms to guarantee material diagonal precision.
7.Incorporates a feeding arm for the feeding port and a material head leveling apparatus, enabling smooth coil material insertion and efficient feeding.
8.An integrated air storage tank is included to ensure stable air pressure within the machine.

1.Employs Japanese Yaskawa servo motors, a Mitsubishi control system, and a touch control panel for exact control.

3.Provides flexible and convenient feeding length adjustments, eliminating the need for mechanical modifications; simply input the desired length size using the touch display control screen.

Optional Function
Openable Straightening Head
The entire upper straightening section is designed to be openable, allowing for easy access to clean the work rollers’ surfaces of contaminants such as oil stains, debris, and non-ferrous metal oxide layers. Typically, this feature is chosen for aluminum stamping applications.
Automatically Adjusting Correction
The correction amount can be adjusted using a geared motor or servo motor, with the system’s memory capable of storing 99 sets of numerical parameters that can be accessed at any time.
Coil Car
The material is safely and smoothly transported to the main shaft of the decoiler. This component is utilized to support the material during uncoiling, ensuring the coil enters the leveler seamlessly. Generally, it is recommended to include this feature for materials weighing more than 2 tons.
Shearing Machine
The head and tail of the material are trimmed to enable easy entry into the mold and to collect any remaining material. The system can automatically and synchronously cut coil materials, minimizing manual verification and operation time, thereby enhancing production efficiency. (It is particularly beneficial to install additional components for wide and thick materials).
Automatic Double-sided Oiler
The system enables automatic oiling of both the upper and lower surfaces of the material.
Decoiling spindle support arm
Powered by a hydraulic cylinder, the support arm sustains the end of the uncoiling spindle after loading. This action balances the main bearing’s gravity, enhances the stability of the uncoiling process, and extends the spindle’s service life.
