Features
3 in 1 decoiler straightener feeder machine is an automatic equipment that integrates three functions of uncoiling, leveling and feeding. It does not need to reserve a waiting area, and has many advantages such as centralized process flow, good synchronization, high precision, high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection, and space saving.
Thin plate 3 in 1 decoiler straightener feeder machine is mainly used in precision stamping occasions such as computers, monitors, printers, air conditioners, hardware accessories, home appliance accessories, and auto parts.
A. Decoiler Part Features
1. The box body is welded by steel plate, and the welding surface is polished. After the box body is welded and annealed to relieve stress, the bearing hole is processed.
2. The main motor is driven by a geared motor, with a frequency converter for speed regulation. The sprocket drives the material to rotate, and the transmission part is equipped with a protective cover.
3. Rotary oil cylinder ø125 is used for inner diameter expansion. Hydraulic expansion, material reel adopts wedge-shaped slider structure.
4. Four-blade design, the radian of the blade coincides with the inner diameter of the material. The surface of the blade is hard-plated, smooth and wear-resistant, and will not damage the material during use. The A-type iron adopts a quick-change structure, which can be replaced quickly and firmly without damaging the blades. The surface of the blade has a graduated scale.
5. The photoelectric sensor switch is controlled by Omron photoelectric switch.
6. With pneumatic disc brake device.
7. With pneumatic pressing arm and pneumatic supporting arm. It is convenient to load the material during loading, and prevent the tailing material from falling and hurting people when the material is tailing.
8. The main shaft adopts ø160 45# seamless pipe, which has been quenched and tempered.
B. Straightener Feeder Part Features
1. The main board is processed by CNC machining center to ensure the consistency of the two parts, and the processed parts have strict quality control procedures.
2. The leveling box body is mainly welded by steel plates, and the welding surface is polished. After the box body is welded and annealed to relieve stress, the bearing hole is processed.
3. The roller is made of chrome steel 40CR, which has been quenched and tempered, high frequency quenched and hard chrome plated. The surface hardness is HRC58~610, and the thickness of chrome plating is 0.05mm on one side.
4. Adopt precision worm gear and worm to adjust the leveling roller synchronously up and down, with digital watch handwheel display.
5. The tooth surface of the transmission gear is processed by high-frequency grinding. The transmission method adopts the full transmission of the lower roller, which does not damage the surface of the material.
6. Equipped with a front and rear manual width setting device to ensure the diagonal accuracy of the material.
7. Add the feeding arm of the feeding port and the flattening device of the material head. It is convenient to push the coil material into the feeder, and the feeding is convenient and fast.
8. In order to ensure the stability of the air pressure, add an air storage tank inside the machine.
C. System control
1. It adopts Japanese Yaskawa servo motor, Mitsubishi control system and touch control panel for control.
2. High-precision feeding size: with high feeding accuracy to meet the increasingly high processing requirements.
3. Flexible and convenient feeding length setting: the setting of feeding length does not need to adjust any mechanical mechanism, just input the length size on the touch display control screen.
4. External manual control handle is convenient for mold debugging.
Optional Function
Openable Straightening Head
the whole part of the upper straightening part is openable,which is convenient for cleaning the surface of the work rollers,such as oil stain,waste scrape,non-ferrous metal oxide layer,etc.Generally, this function will be selected for aluminum stamping.
Automatically Adjusting Correction
Adjust the correction amount by geared motor/servo motor,the memory can store 99 sets of numerical parameters,can be called at anytime.
Coil Car
Safely and smoothly move the material to the main shaft of the decoiler. It is used to hold up the material when uncoiling, so that the coil can enter the leveler smoothly. General materials weighing more than 2 tons are recommended to be added.
Shearing Machine
Cut the head and tail of the material to facilitate the material to enter the mold and to collect the remaining material. It can automatically and synchronously cut coil materials, reduce manual proofreading and operation time, and improve production efficiency. (It is better to install additional materials especially for wide and thick materials).
Automatic Double-sided Oiler
automatic oiling of the upper and lower surfaces of the material.
Uncoiling spindle support arm
driven by hydraulic cylinder, the support arm supports the end of the uncoiling spindle after loading, thereby balancing the gravity of the main bearing, improving the stability of the uncoiling, and increasing the service life of the spindle.
