It ensures the material coil remains level with the production line during uncoiling and prevents material belt deflection. Furthermore, it prevents the material roll from slipping and collapsing on the supporting tile. However, for coil limiters with a wider width exceeding 800mm, we recommend using a material blocking arm to provide a more effective solution.

2.Gantry Induction Frame: Our decoiler machines feature a gantry induction frame that provides automatic control. It operates on the principle that material sag will occur due to the weight of the metal material itself during transmission from the decoiler to the subsequent leveler machine. When the material forms an arc between the decoiler and the leveler machine, it triggers the induction rack to stop the material rack, allowing the decoiler to run automatically. However, for non-metal materials or to manage the uncoiling speed, multiple sets of photoelectric switch light controls can be used as an alternative.

Hydraulic Feeding Trolley in Henli Decoiler Machines:
One of the key features of our decoiler machines is the Hydraulic Feeding Trolley. Typically installed after the leveling machine, this function can also be installed on the decoiler if material leveling isn’t required. Our Henli Decoiler Machines can also be utilized for recoiling, a process involving the winding and collection of continuous strip after stamping. When using a decoiler for waste collection, the appearance and compact layering of the material coil wound on the expansion and contraction reel are not crucial, allowing for the direct use of a standard decoiler. For collecting finished products for packaging or subsequent use, a tensioner is needed before the decoiler.
