1. The A-type iron of the decoiler is a special material blocking device and limits the position of the material coil. It has two purposes: one is to make the material coil always be on the same level as the production line when uncoiling, and to avoid the deflection of the material belt during uncoiling. The second is to limit the position of the material roll to prevent the material roll from slipping and collapsing on the supporting tile. The blocking and limit device of the standard decoiler is A-type iron.
A-type iron is only suitable for coil limiters with a width that is not too wide. When the width of the material roll exceeds 800mm, there will be problems such as long installation time, tedious and complicated debugging, and poor material blocking effect. 2.About gantry induction frame,the basic principle is: when the decoiler uncoils the metal material coil and sends it to the subsequent leveler machine, due to the gravity factor of the metal material itself, material sag will occur during the transmission process. The material will form an arc between the decoiler and the leveler machine due to gravity, and it will control the material rack to stop after it touches the induction rack. After leaving, the decoiler runs automatically, so as to realize the fully automatic control of the decoiler.
However, there are unavoidable defects in this induction frame. First, the material must be a metal material. The second is that the uncoiling speed of the decoiler affects the sag height of the decoiler, which may cause loosening or uncoiling.

Press Arm：The main function is to press the outer ring to avoid the loose material of the coil when the uncoiler uncoils the coil. It is recommended to select this function when the thickness of the material exceeds 2.0mm or the yield strength is high.
Of course, it is only an optional function, not all materials with a thickness of more than 2mm must be selected. If the material is not heavy, you don’t need to choose this function.
Hydraulic expansion device: the main function is to replace the manual expansion method of the standard decoiler. The inner diameter of the decoiler is driven by oil pressure to expand, so that the inner diameter of the supporting tile is tightened, reducing the labor intensity of the expansion and contraction of the coil and ensuring complete tension. Generally, it is recommended to choose a coil of more than 3 tons. Of course, if it is to reduce labor intensity, it can also be selected for a roll of less than 3 tons.
Hydraulic feeding trolley: Its main function is to smoothly transfer the material roll to the expanding and shrinking reel of the decoiler when feeding. One is that it is more convenient and fast to change the coil material, and the other is to reduce the work intensity of manual coil loading, and at the same time effectively avoid personal safety hazards caused by carelessness in manual coil coiling, as well as damage caused by the collision between the coil material and the machine. Generally, it is recommended to choose a material roll of more than 5 tons.
