  • Rubber strips & Silicone tubes

  • Thin Heat shrink tubing

• Advantage: Provides a razor-sharp, clean cut without deforming soft tubes. Easy and low-cost to replace.

Option B: Heavy-Duty Steel Blade

Best for hard, fibrous, or metallic materials.

• Mechanism: Uses a thick, durable High-Speed Steel (HSS) blade for shearing.

• Recommended For:

  • Steel wire ropes & Metal foils (Copper/Aluminum)

  • Thick plastic sheets

  • Braided wires & Flat cables

• Advantage: Extremely durable and wear-resistant. Can be resharpened for long-term use.

Option A: High-Precision Belt Feeding

Best for: Round tubes, Slippery surfaces, and Small rods (<24mm).

If you are cutting materials that are difficult to grip or prone to slipping (like Silicone tubes or Soft rubber hoses), the roller feeding system might not be enough. The type features a 4-wheel belt drive system. It wraps around the material to ensure zero slippage and maximum length precision.

Option B: High-Efficiency Economy Model 

Best for: Thin-wall tubes, Sheets, and High-volume production.

Looking for a cost-effective solution for lighter materials? The type is designed for thin-wall tubes, fiberglass sleeving (yellow wax tubes), and thin metal sheets.
