A Leveling Bolt, a Cast-Iron Body and an Oil-Resistant Rubber Base
Each S78-10 mount is one compact part. The leveling bolt passes through the machine foot into the yellow cast-iron body, and the black oil-resistant rubber base sits on the floor. Ten standard sizes cover 1 to 12 metric tons per mount.
- Leveling bolt and lock nut. Turn the bolt to raise or lower the support point, then tighten the lock nut to hold the setting.
- Cast-iron body. The broad yellow body spreads the machine-foot load over the floor.
- Oil-resistant rubber base. It grips the floor and reduces vibration passing between the machine and the floor.
- Ten standard sizes. Ø100–400 mm bases and M12–M36 threads, from 1 to 12 t (2,205–26,455 lb) per mount.
- Made by HENLI. Built in HENLI’s own factory; standard sizes usually ship within 7 days.
Size, thread and bolt length are confirmed from your machine weight, number of feet and foot-hole size.
Product overview
What Is a Machine Leveling Mount?
A machine leveling mount is installed between an industrial machine base and the workshop floor. The threaded bolt provides vertical adjustment, the yellow load-bearing body spreads the support force, and the black elastic rubber layer improves grip while reducing vibration transfer to the floor. Buyers also call it a machine leveling foot, an adjustable machine mount, a heavy-duty leveling pad, a levelling mount or an anti-vibration pad iron. Unlike a flat anti-vibration pad for heavy machinery, it adds a leveling bolt, so each support point can be raised or lowered.
These mounts are a practical choice for punch presses, hydraulic presses, CNC lathes, milling machines, injection molding machines, compressors and other equipment that needs repeatable leveling and stable support. They can simplify installation and later relocation where the floor condition, machine dynamics and safety assessment allow foundation-free mounting.
Scope of this page: this is the simple mechanical yellow leveling-mount series only. It does not include air-spring, hydraulic, spring or active isolation systems, or wedge-type leveling blocks.
Structure
Three Working Parts in One Mount
The assembly combines an adjustable threaded connection, a load-distributing body and an elastic floor-contact layer. Final dimensions should be matched to the actual machine foot and support load.
Threaded Leveling Bolt
The bolt, nut and washer connect to the machine base and provide controlled height adjustment at each support point.
Load-Bearing Body
The round yellow cast-iron body enlarges the support area and transfers machine weight into the floor through a broad base.
Elastic Rubber Base
The black oil-resistant rubber underside increases floor grip and helps reduce structure-borne vibration and noise transmission.
Functions
Why Factories Use Adjustable Leveling Pads
- Machine leveling: compensate for small height differences at individual support points.
- Load distribution: spread concentrated machine-foot loads over a larger floor area.
- Vibration damping: reduce vibration transferred between the machine and workshop floor.
- Anti-slip support: the rubber contact surface improves grip on a suitable floor.
- Simpler relocation: the machine can be re-leveled after repositioning when the application does not require anchors.
Technical range
S78-10 Machine Leveling Mount Specifications
Ten standard sizes run from compact machine feet to heavy-duty machine leveling mounts, with a nominal load capacity of 1 to 12 metric tons (2,205–26,455 lb) per mount. Model notation follows base diameter × body height – thread × bolt length. Use the table as a first-pass guide and confirm the real load at every support point before ordering.
| Base Size ØD × H | Thread × Bolt Length | Load Capacity / Mount (Nominal) | Typical Selection Position |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ø100 × 30 mm | M16 × 130 mm | 1 ton (2,205 lb) | Compact machine feet and lighter equipment |
| Ø120 × 32 mm | M12 × 100 mm | 1 ton (2,205 lb) | Low-profile support with smaller thread |
| Ø160 × 37 mm | M16 × 130 mm | 2 ton (4,409 lb) | General machine tools and small presses |
| Ø160 × 37 mm | M20 × 150 mm | 2 ton (4,409 lb) | Same base with larger threaded connection |
| Ø185 × 41 mm | M20 × 150 mm | 3 ton (6,614 lb) | Medium machine tools and production equipment |
| Ø210 × 43 mm | M20 × 150 mm | 3.5 ton (7,716 lb) | Medium presses, lathes and heavier frames |
| Ø240 × 45 mm | M24 × 150 mm | 4 ton (8,818 lb) | Heavy machine feet requiring broader support |
| Ø260 × 50 mm | M24 × 160 mm | 5 ton (11,023 lb) | Higher support loads and larger equipment |
| Ø310 × 67 mm | M30 × 200 mm | 7 ton (15,432 lb) | Heavy presses and large machine tools |
| Ø400 × 95 mm | M36 × 200 mm | 12 ton (26,455 lb) | Largest standard mechanical mount in this range |
Selection logic
Choose by Real Support Load, Not Machine Weight Alone
A correct mount keeps every support point inside its working range while matching the machine-foot hole, required adjustment travel and available floor area.
1. Confirm the machine
Provide total machine weight, machine dimensions, operating motion, impact or reciprocating loads and center-of-gravity position.
2. Confirm support points
Provide the number and position of machine feet, mounting-hole diameter, available pad area and required bolt length.
3. Confirm the floor
Check floor flatness, concrete strength, oil or water exposure, nearby vibration sources and whether anchors are required by the installation standard.
Applications
Installed Under Presses, CNC Machines and Production Equipment
The same mechanical mount concept serves many machine types, but the correct diameter, thread and load rating depend on each machine’s real support conditions.
Punch Presses and Hydraulic Presses
Under punch presses, power presses and hydraulic presses, size each mount for static weight plus stroke impact, not static weight alone. Confirm floor strength and machine stability before foundation-free installation; high-impact presses may still need anchors.
CNC Lathes and Machine Tools
Used as CNC machine leveling feet under lathes, milling machines and other machine tools: adjust individual support points until the machine sits level, while the rubber base reduces vibration transfer and floor slip.
Installation
Basic Installation Sequence
Check the floor
Clean the support area and confirm the floor can carry the local pressure.
Position each mount
Place mounts under the designed machine-foot locations without edge loading.
Lower and level
Lower the machine carefully, then adjust bolts gradually in a cross pattern.
Lock and recheck
Tighten lock nuts and recheck level and bolt seating after initial operation.
Use qualified lifting equipment and follow the machine manufacturer’s installation requirements. Never work beneath a suspended machine, and never use the leveling bolt beyond a safe thread engagement.

Packing and delivery
Compact Parts, Carton Packing
HENLI manufactures the S78-10 leveling mounts in its own factory, and standard sizes usually ship within 7 days. Mounts can be packed in cartons for protected handling and efficient shipment. Order quantities should be confirmed from the number of machine support points plus any requested spare units.
Before dispatch, confirm base diameter, body height, thread size, bolt length, quantity and the machine model for which the mounts will be used.
