SA series welding robots with compact, small size, and light weight， makes them ideal welding robots for stable welding，high-precision welding paths for welding, shorter welding cycles, and prolong the life of tube and cable. Meanwhile, SA series welding robots can perform welding operations in a narrow space flexibly. Installation methods can be selected on the ground, mounted, and flipped.

1. Welding system: It could adapt most of welding brand like Apollo，Binzel，Arctec, Panasonic … ,Base on request, we offer best solution by using MIG or TIG welding machine with automatic wire feeding system to achieve stable performance.
2. Automatic alarm system: if any problem on the wire feeding or gas supply and other problems, the welding robot will alarm and stop till it get done.
3. Welding gun cleaning : For MIG welding we equip with a gun cleaning device for prolong use; For TIG welding we quip water cooling device.
4. Working station positioner: Usually we equip 1 robot with 2 stations ,Two stations work alternately, This is what we call 8 axis, Single table could achieve 360° rotation which is suitable for multi-angle welding. Two sets of positioner system could achieve 180°rotation through spindle motor. It could achieve alternative use, so as to increase efficiency.
5. Work piece clamping system: This is customization station base on the work piece. Balanced and stable clamping force.
6. Arc light baffle: cylinder pushes automatic rotation. Use for preventing light pollution during working process. （optional）
7. Start control panel system: Manual/Automatic button platform with portable structure. Convenient for operation.
